    About the Opportunity



    The Senior Accountant will support in all day-to-day accounting operations for DMI International business units (Spain, UK, Sweden and Germany). The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform hands on day to day tasks.



    • Record bank transactions for bank accounts in different currencies
    • Process accounts receivable and generate invoices
    • Process and record accounts payable invoices and expense reports
    • Process manual journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
    • Prepare general ledger account reconciliations
    • Assist the business units in Project Setup, including revenue recognition, billing schedules, and assigning employee workforce
    • Assist the business units in month end and annual closings, as well as statutory reporting requirements.


    • Proven experience as an accountant
    • Bachelors in Accounting required
    • Strong general ledger experience
    • Strong understanding of fixed price and T&M revenue
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in either public accounting or a combination of public/industry
    • Understanding of different currencies and FX (especially EUR, GBP, USD, SEK)
    • Familiarity with project set-up and organizational structure
    • Strong with numbers and an analytical acumen
    • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
