    • Expected to deliver out-of-the-box thinking and creativity while ensuring compliance with organization’s legal and brand standards
    • Responsible for producing and managing enterprise-grade content targeted primarily at U.S. based audiences, for but not limited to:
      • Client-focused and industry-centered newsletters
      • Executive messaging and internal communication such as emails, messaging documents, division overviews, etc.
      • Press releases and analyst relations
      • Marketing collateral like white papers, blogs, case studies, brochures and presentations
      • Content for social and paid media platforms
      • SEO-focused content for third-party websites
    • Perform extensive research and analysis for your deliverables, and supplement your content with statistical data, trends and insights wherever required
    • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to plan and produce content-based deliverables, and support in developing and driving effective metrics to measure the impact of content delivered
    • Undertake interviews with subject matter experts to build solid understanding of the topic and infuse the knowledge and perspectives gained into your deliverables
    • Extend support to associated areas like digital marketing, website management, and business development



    • A minimum of 8 – 10 years of full-time experience as a content writer with proven expertise in producing professional content for marketing, sales and/or corporate communications purposes, primarily in the IT domain
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an emphasis on producing high quality content primarily for US-based audiences
    • Ability to customize content styles based on target audience and channel
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Detail-orientated, excellent analytical and project management skills, efficient with managing time and editorial calendars
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite


    • Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style, AP Handbook or other editorial standards
    • Experience with email marketing tools like MailChimp or Campaign Monitor
    • Passionate about following latest business and technology trends and developments, and proactively shaping this knowledge into ideas and topics for upcoming themes and campaigns
    • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Webmasters or Search Console, keyword research tools, and content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
    • Understanding of SEO, paid and social media management will be a plus


    • Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, journalism, mass communication, PR or related fields
