    About the Opportunity

    Digital Management, LLC (DMI) is seeking a full time  Websphere Administrator to support our customer in Michigan.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead/mentor the team
    • Work on both engineering and operations side of things
    • Understand all phases of SDLC
    • Automate routine tasks
    • Pick up new skills quickly
    • Collaborate with different teams in the organization

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience: 

    • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or equivalent experience 

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    1. 10+ years of experience in installing, configuring and administering three or more of : a. WebSphere Portal Server, b. IBM SAM/TAM, c. LDAP, d. WebSphere Application Server
    2. Experience in upgrading WebSphere Portal Server
    3. Experience in migrating IBM TAM to ISAM
    4. Experience in enabling SSO using SAML, TFIM and ISAM
    5. Experience in upgrading Oracle Directory Server
    6. Experience in securing web and application servers; understand SSL/encryption concepts
    7. Experience in upgrading WebSphere, Tomcat and JBoss/Wildfly application servers
    8. Experience in upgrading Apache, IBM HTTP and Oracle iPlanet web servers
    9. Experience in automating tasks utilizing shell scripting, Python and wsadmin
    10. Excellent troubleshooting skills
    11. Participate in on-call rotation
    12. Nice to have skills:
    13. IBM BPM
    14. Liberty Profile
    15. MobileFirst
    16. Liferay
    17. WebLogic
    18. DevOps tools - Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
