    • Follow up with potential customers, on the phone, email & social, assist them with queries & steer themthrough our sales pipeline
    • Educate and nurture prospects, set up next level discussion with sales representative’ lead generation and setting appointments
    • Pay close attention to customer feedback & share with sales team
    • Work closely with marketing, support and account management teams to streamline process efficiency
    • Analyze and present content and social performance> Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create messaging foremail & social outreach
    • Calling experience which requires gathering intelligence and handling objections
    • Re-qualifying leads from events, email campaigns, and other sales networking activities
    • Regularly monitor and manage the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts andaccount hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records



    • Must have excellent communication and English language skills - written and verbal
    • 4+ years of experience in inside sales on IT offerings
    • Experience of using MS Dynamics, Sales Force ( or similar) , LinkedIn and other sales tools.
    • Hands on proficiency with MS Office
    • Experience & knowledge about US market, different time zones & demographics



    • Graduate/MBA with basic understanding of IT and Marketing.
