    About the Opportunity

    DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Account Manager to support the Lansing, Mi territory.  Simply put, the Account Manager is both a steward of DMI and Client business. You gain the trust of your clients with your marketing, digital and technical expertise, helping them navigate their challenges. You are a champion of innovative work and creative solutions to help clients understand, adapt and win. You are passionate and knowledgeable about digital experiences, platforms and processes.  At the end of the day, you are performance-driven with a focus on growing your account relationships, revenue and results.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Business acumen and skilled in inspiring client confidence and building enduring client relationships.
    • Experience in overseeing a variety of different types of projects, including design and development of commerce projects for clients.
    • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both within the organization as well as with client teams.
    • Looks beyond just the project management side of things and is able to develop and drive the business and take it further. The person must be apt enough to identify and secure opportunities/new projects to drive organic growth. 
    • Lead and coach high-performing teams working to support fast moving accounts.
    • Manage project financials and guide the development of new SOWs.
    • Works on new business when required and pro-actively identifies opportunities for incremental revenue.


    Education and Years of Experience:  

    • Bachelor's Degree 


    Required Skills/Certifications: 

    • Proven success managing clients and growing revenue
    • Passion and expertise for digital experiences, platforms and processes
    • Performance-driven with strong leadership skills
    • Strong communication skills – visual, written & verbal
    • Entrepreneurial, innovative and collaborative
