Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Will work with a highly motivated and talented global team of mobility development specialists.
  • Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring & controlling the projects to successful closure.
  • Manage risks and issues in the project.
  • Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Accountable for project deliverables and managing the project team.
  • Identify process improvement areas and take corrective actions. 
  • Ensure timely communication of issues and status, weekly status reporting to Customer, Management and relevant stakeholders



Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • Relevant certification such as PMP, Prince2 ACP or equivalent is desirable.
  • 9 to 13 years of experience in the software industry with at least 3 years of software project management experience.
  • Must have hands-on experience on Mobile software application development such as iOS, Android and Mobile Web in the past.
  • Good exposure to sprint planning, user story grooming and estimation techniques.
  • Good exposure to various tools related to Project Management such as MS Project, 
  • Good understanding of Configuration and Release Management tools and processes.
  • Extensive Experience in interacting with global customers.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with great communication ability (verbal and written)
  • Strong Knowledge and experience of the Software Development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Must have worked on global projects with team members spread across multiple geographies.
