Responsibilities

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking a full time Inside Sales – USA (Customer Engagement Specialist) at its Noida (India) location.

Skills/ Experience

 

  1. Graduate/MBA with basic understanding of IT and Marketing
  2. Must have Excellent Communication and English Language Skills
  3. Interested for International - InsideSales
  4. Information about US based IT companies
  5. Information about US time zone
  6. Information about US geography
  7. Experience required 6 to 9 years

 

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
  • Ability to write content for Cold Emailing
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Excellent communication skills (Command over English Language)
  • Calling Experience which requires gathering intelligence and handling objections.
  • Business-to-Business lead generation and setting appointments.
  • Re-qualifying leads from events, email blast, other Sales networking activities
  • Proactively keep apprised of marketing activities for lead generation campaign opportunities
  • Experience of using Salesforce, LinkedIn and other Sales tools.
  • Effective communication of leads reports and action items to Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Regularly monitor and manage the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.
